Military Moves is a unique online marketplace for homeowners, landlords, and realtors to advertise homes for sale in their area. Because military personnel move often and don't have great amounts of time to look for a home, Military Moves lets them get a jump on the housing market before they've even arrived. Homes and rentals properties are advertised to hundreds of inbound personnel every day and at $25 for 6 months, there is not a better advertising deal out there!

Is the site only for military use?

No! The website is designed primarily for the benefit of our very transient Military Members and Families, however it can also be of great benefit to homeowners, realtors, property managers, and other local businesses in the area's surrounding military installations. If you are a homeowner, realtor, or property manager looking to sell or rent a home or apartment this is a low cost way to get your home seen by hundreds of people moving into the area. Additionally, if you are a local business owner, advertising on Military Moves can help you reach out to potential customers before they have even arrived.

How long should I list my property for?

Military Moves offers you the ability to list your home for 6 months! If it sells sooner than that, you can return to the site and remove the listing whenever is convenient for you.

With the hundreds of visitors that view the pages of Military Moves weekly, we offer the cost effective advertising you have been looking for. How do I list my property?

Step 1: Input Information Input all requested information about the property being listed. Ensure you double check the closest bases (this section will give you a choice of all the bases within 200 miles of the zip code you have entered) pick the closest base, then if appropriate select the second closest installation.

Step 2: Upload Images Choose up to 10 picture files saved to your computer to upload into your listing. Once you have selected your photos, click upload and save. Now, pick the picture to be used on the search page (I suggest a photo of the front of the home).

Step 3: Input payment information, and when you're ready submit your listing! You can now view your listing by searching for it using our search tool or by viewing the most recent listing on the home page. To Make Updates to your listing log in to Military Moves, go to the my account page, then under the heading "my listings" click the edit button for the listing you need to make a change to. Make the applicable changes and click submit listing updates. You can verify your update by visiting the listing.
